10RM Push Press
Take 10-15 minutes to find a 10RM Push Press
Sets 1-6: 5-7 reps warning/ working your way up
Sets 7-10: Take 2-3 attempts at your 10RM. If you start and you feel you can do more then RERACK it. DO NOT complete the full 10 reps and burn yourself out.
