snatch high pull.hang snatch.snatch balance (build to moderate load)

thrusters are to be done unbroken. if you cannot do unbroken rx then scale to as heavy as possible to an ubroken 30 to start.
rest and compose yourself for your set of 20. repeat for your set of 10. do not start until you are positive you can finish the rep requirement unbroken.
IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLETE THE SET UNBROKEN, YOU START THAT SET OVER AT 1.
