Conditioning

a1: Ring Curl (5×8)

setup same as ring row

with arms extended, use biceps to curl your torso to the rings. this is an isolation move, no kipping, or pulling with the scaps.

a2: Jefferson Curls (5×8)

up to moderate weight.

slow and controlled

pause at each both end ranges of both movements

1.5min rest between supersets
