c – 75 double unders/max effort deadlift

d – 75 double unders/max effort front squat

partner 1 performs double unders. during that time partner 2 performs max effort of given movement. when partner 1 is finished with doubles partner 2 does doubles and partner one does max effort of same movement.

after both partners have performed movement for one round, immediately continue to next movement, no rest. reps only count when double unders are being done.
