accumulate 3min. score the number of dismounts. the lower the number the better.

b: 3min Front Lever Hold (Time)

accumulate 3min. score the number of dismounts. the lower the number the better.

each dismount is worth 1min on your score.

c: 3min Hang Hold (Time)

dead hang from pull up bar.

RX+ is single arm hang.

accumulate 3min. score the number of dismounts. the lower the number the better.

each dismount is worth 1min on your score.

d: 3min Double KB/DB Suitcase Hold (Time)

accumulate 3min. score the number of dismounts. the lower the number the better.

each dismount is worth 1min on your score.
