Overhead Squat (Tech talk and practice)

-hand positions

-receiving position

-how to rack and unrack

-“squat therapy”

-proper mechanics

-work in sets of 3-5

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 min AMRAP:

-200m run

-5 box jumps

-10 OHS light barbell or PVC

Cool Down

-side lat stretch

-review key points
