Kettlebell Swing (Progress through to a moderate 8-10 reps)

*working on perfect form

Deadlift (Progress through to a moderate 8-10)

-proper form

-demand perfection

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 mins:

3 deadlift @ 60% of best set during skill

6 hand release push ups

9 box jumps 14/20
