For Time With Partner – Alternating each partner must complete a 500 meter row. Partner one rows while partner 2 holds 2 KB in rack position (THUMBS ON CHEST) 53/35 If partner puts down KB partner must stop rowing and place handle back into holder until partner picks KB back up.
