rest 2 minutes between each set;

3 Sets:
8-10 UB push jerk – moderate and fast
400m run
rest 2 minutes between each set;

+
5 minute intermission
+

3 Sets;
30 sec front plank
30 sec right side plank
30 sec left side plank
15 ab mat sit ups
rest 60 seconds
