B. 30 sec. AMRAP thrusters @ 100%; rest 2 min. x 5 sets

C1. Front plank: 30 sec.; rest 10 sec.
C2. Right side plank: 30 sec.; rest 10 sec.
C3. Left side plank: 30 sec.; rest 10 sec.
x 3-4 sets
