Burpees On the Minute:  1 on first Minute, 2 on second, 3 on third, etc., until you can’t complete the reps in the minute. AMRAP supinated pull-ups in 10 minutes – PERFECT strict reps. Weighted sit ups: 5 sets of 10; rest 1 minute, arms and legs strait the entire time
